Project overview
I provided a complete Thinkific setup for this project, tailoring the platform to fit Blue Array’s needs from start to finish.
This included integration with Quaderno for EU customers and FastSpring for tax management, giving the client complete peace of mind to sell their courses globally.
To automate their marketing, I created and implemented custom workflows in ActiveCampaign, saving time and boosting engagement.
Managing a team of 13 instructors was a key part of this project, ensuring everything ran smoothly.
I also automated the backend operations to help the platform scale efficiently without any manual intervention.
